We're looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our Sales team in the North East of England.

As a regional Sales Engineer, you will be the first, and dedicated, point of contact for both new and existing customers in the North East.

Requirements:

HGV Class 2 Driver

Duties/Responsibilities
·Load and unload Vehicles.
·Operate forklift truck.
·Deliver Generators and ancillaries to site and collect Generators and ancillaries from site (all industry sectors such as hospitals, construction, power grids and festivals)
·Assist engineers on site.
·Overnight stays.
·Refuelling Generators on site and in dept.
ADR, Forklift (desired tickets, training can be provided)

Major Repair Engineer

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Major repair of hire fleet and ancillaries;
• Carry out planned service and maintenance work on both hire fleet and customers equipment;
• Fault location, diagnosis and rectification to hire fleet and customers equipment;
• Installation and disconnection of equipment on site;
• Loading and unloading of vehicles;
• Depending on work load you may be required to work at or from our other depot locations.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Load and unload Vehicles.

• Refuelling Generators on site and in dept.
• Carry out general housekeeping to ensure work areas are tidy.
• Installation and dismantle of Generators on customer sites.
• Completion of daily vehicle inspections and reporting defects to transport department.

Hire Desk Controller

Normanton

Duties/Responsibilities
• Responsible for smooth running of Key Accounts and/or General Orders.
• Ensure all on/off hire orders are taken in detail and processed correctly.
• Create, input and ensure accuracy of orders onto the company InspHire system to minimise account queries and potential credits.
• Produce and maintain a manual complete contract file, containing all relevant paperwork including signed delivery and collection notes.
• Advise Transport Department of any necessary movements within a timely manner.
• Ensure relevant spreadsheets (as applicable) are updated daily/weekly and any concerns are brought to the attention of your Line Manager.

Night Shift Service Controller

Normanton Industrial Estate

Duties/Responsibilities
• Monitoring telemetry alarms and responding appropriately to individual customer requirements;
• Monitoring customer strategic sets and arranging fuelling where required.
• Answering all calls for emergency hire equipment, arranging its delivery and keeping the customer updated at all times;
• Responding to any breakdown requests, providing technical support where possible or ensuring engineers are despatched promptly;
